Julia Schmidt

Julia is new to Calvary this year.  She teaches 5th grade Language Arts.  She graduated from Southport High School and has a teaching degree from Indiana University. She taught 7th and 8th grade before staying at home to raise and educate her five children.  She classically educated her children for over 20 years as well as taught and held leadership roles in several Christian education groups in the Indy area.  Mostly recently, she taught 4th and 5th grades at Southport Presbyterian Christian School before coming to Calvary. She enjoys spending time with her husband of almost 30 years.
