Re-enrollment Instructions for Returning Students

You will need to re-enroll your child using your FACTS account.  If you have forgotten your username or password, you can reset them on the log-in page. Feel free to contact the school office if you need further assistance, 317-783-2305 or via email.

If you would like to log in from the Calvary website, follow these steps for re-enrollment: 

  1. Log in to your FACTS account by clicking here.
  2. Once you have logged in, scroll down to the Financial tab in the left-side menu. 
  3. Once on the Financial page, click on the “Set up a Payment Plan” link (on the right side of the page). *Note: Everyone must submit a payment plan/financial agreement even if you plan to apply for financial aid.
  4. Make sure you have selected the correct school year you are re-enrolling for and click “Begin”.  Follow the prompts to the final page and click the green “Done” button to submit your re-enrollment/ financial agreement.

 

If you would like to log in from the FACTS app, follow these steps for re-enrollment:

  1. Open the app and log in. 
  2. Go to “Billing”, then click “FACTS Family Portal Tuition”. *Note: Everyone must submit a payment plan/financial agreement even if you plan to apply for financial aid.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “Set up a Payment Plan”. Select the school year you are re-enrolling for and click “Begin”. Follow the prompts until you reach the green “Authorize” button, then click there to submit your re-enrollment/ financial agreement.
