Calvary Lutheran School has established a program of before and after school care to provide a safe and caring setting for children whose parents, due to work related responsibilities find it difficult to provide adequate care for their children both before and after school.

BEFORE SCHOOL CARE

Location: Gymnasium

ALL students are to be dropped off in the north parking lot by the flagpole entrance.  No one is allowed in the classrooms before 8:00 AM. 

            7:00-7:30AM  $1.25  (care would still begin at 6:45AM)

            7:30-8:00AM  $1.25

AFTER SCHOOL CARE

Location: Cafeteria

Time:  3:00 - 6:00 PM

            3:00-3:30PM                        $1.25

            3:30-4:00PM                        $1.25

            4:00-4:30PM                        $1.25

            4:30-5:00PM                        $1.25

            5:00-5:30PM                        $1.25

            5:30-6:00PM                        $1.25

After 6:00 PM: A late fee of $.50 per minute will be assessed for late arriving parents.  The supervisor on duty will record the time and amount due.  The parent will sign the form and will be billed said amount on the next billing statement.  Every arrangement should be made to pick-up the child(ren) before 6:00 PM.
